Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. • To transfer your appointment deposit or avoid additional fees, appointments must be rescheduled at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of these timeframes are subject to a $20 rebooking fee, which may be charged to the card on file. • No-call/no-show appointments will result in a 30% no-show fee charged to the card on file.
